Any entity conducting business activity in the United Kingdom and Poland may become a seller.
2. Listing Offers
- Products: Must include a clear name to avoid confusion or misinformation.
- External Links: Product descriptions must not include links to external websites. You may include social media links only in the seller information section.
- Public Offers: Product descriptions must not include links to external websites. Social media links may only be shared in the seller section.
- Payment Links and Baskets: Sellers may share payment links freely, but they must not be shortened (e.g., via shortlinks), ensuring customers know they are redirected to the Platform.
- Payment Codes: Payment codes may be shared without restriction.
- QR Codes: QR codes can be displayed in any format, including on images.
3. Verification and Compliance
- Verification: We reserve the right to disable selected links or baskets if they raise suspicion—pending clarification.
- Partner Verification: All accounts must be verified by our partners before gaining access to the platform.
4. Payment Plans and Fees
- Startup: Sellers are not charged platform usage fees.
- Commission Fees: The platform does not charge commission. Any transaction fees arise from agreements between the seller and their partners.
5. Orders and Transactions
- Transaction Status: Sellers should update transaction statuses to inform buyers of progress.
- Shipping Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for shipping items if it is part of the offer.
- Transaction Responsibility: Sellers are fully responsible for transactions and payments. The platform does not participate in the transaction or payment process.
6. Startup Sellers
- Reporting Issues: These sellers must report any bugs or issues using the feedback form (in the "Feedback" section of the Seller Panel).
- Confidentiality: They must not publish bug or issue-related information on public forums or social media, both during and after the market’s testing phase. Violations will result in permanent account suspension.
- Free Access: Startup sellers have indefinite free access to the platform. Any changes to the offering will require seller approval.
- Required Activity: Sellers must use their account actively, otherwise it will be deactivated.
7. Legal Terms
- Liability: Sellers agree to prepare, create, and list offers in accordance with the law.
- Shipping Time: Products must be dispatched within the timeframe specified in the offer.
- Payment Gateways: Only business sellers have access to gateways like PayU, Tpay, etc.
- Account Deletion: Sellers may delete their account at any time. It will be removed after 30 days if no unresolved disputes remain.
- Contact Information: Sellers must provide accurate and complete contact details.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform, including its affiliates, partners, employees, or agents, is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace—including but not limited to transactions made on the platform, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or computer viruses.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all provided services are offered "as is" and "as available." The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the platform, its content, or products and services offered by sellers.
10. Intermediary Role
The Platform acts solely as an intermediary, connecting buyers and sellers and does not participate in any transaction between them.
11. No Guarantee for Technical Issues
The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
12. Force Majeure
The Platform is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
