Promotion Terms “Register a free JustPayFor account and win a Humbag bag”

1. General provisions

1. The organiser of the promotion “Register a free JustPayFor account and win a Humbag bag” hereinafter: “Promotion” is 3D Studio Production based in Bournemouth, UK, entered in the UTR Business Register under number 1643755762 hereinafter: “Organiser”.
2. The Promotion is conducted under the rules set out in these Terms and in accordance with applicable GB law.
3. The Promotion is not a game of chance, raffle, betting arrangement or promotional lottery within the meaning of gambling legislation.

2. Promotion participants

1. Only natural persons conducting business activity, civil partnerships or legal persons may participate in the Promotion hereinafter: “Participants”.
2. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.
3. A Participant may take part in the Promotion only after accepting these Terms.

3. Participation rules

1. The Promotion runs from the date of announcement until 30 November 2025.
2. To take part in the Promotion, during its duration you must:
   • register a free account in the JustPayFor service,
   • open or have an active account with one of the Organiser partners: PayU, Tpay or Worldpay hereinafter: “Partners”,
   • connect the payment channel in the JustPayFor service with the Partner account,
   • register the Partner account using the dedicated partner link provided by the Organiser,
   • ensure that the Partner account is fully activated by the Partner.
3. An entity may already have an account with a Partner, however the Partner must confirm that JustPayFor is the referring party for that Participant.
4. The Promotion is intended only for new Partner customers who register an account or activate a payment channel for the first time through the dedicated link.

4. Prizes

1. The prize in the Promotion is a self-designed Humbag bag, which can be designed and collected on the website humbag.pl.
2. The number of prizes depends on the number of registrations in the JustPayFor service - one bag is added to the prize pool for every 50 valid registrations.
3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
4. If it is not possible to award the prize for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to award a prize of similar value and nature.

5. Prize draw and announcement of results

1. The prize draw will take place on 1 December 2025.
2. On the same day, winners will be sent coupons entitling them to collect the prize on the humbag.pl website.
3. The results of the draw will be sent by email to the email address provided during registration in the JustPayFor service.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to verify that the Promotion participation conditions have been met before issuing the prize.

6. Taxes

If the transfer of the prize is subject to taxation, the Organiser will fulfil the obligations of an income tax payer in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted through the form: https://justpayfor/kontakt within 14 days from the end of the Promotion.
2. The complaint should include the Participant details, a description of the problem and the request.
3. The Organiser will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

8. Personal data protection

1. The controller of Participants personal data is 3D Studio Production
2. The data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, issuing prizes and reviewing possible complaints.
3. Participants have the right to access their data, correct it and request its deletion.

9. Final provisions

1. The full content of the Terms is available on the website justpayfor.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms, provided that this does not infringe the acquired rights of Participants.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of GB law shall apply.
