1. Introduction

Welcome to JustPayFor. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using our services by buyers and sellers, as well as the obligations related to purchasing products through the platform.

2. Definitions

• User means any natural person or entity using the platform.
• Payer means a user making a payment through the platform.
• Seller means a user generating offers through baskets, payment links or other tools available on the platform.

3. Seller accounts

• The seller must register an account in order to use platform features intended for sellers.
• Account registration requires providing true, accurate and complete information.
• The seller is responsible for keeping account access details confidential.
• The seller is responsible for all actions taken through their account.

4. Use of the platform

Sellers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the platform and use it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

• carry out unlawful activities,
• distribute malicious software,
• attempt unauthorised access to the platform,
• automatically download, copy or extract data without the consent of JustPayFor.

5. Transactions and payments

• The platform acts only as a tool that helps facilitate transactions.
• All transactions take place directly between the buyer and the seller.
• The buyer is required to accept the seller terms before placing an order.
• JustPayFor is not responsible for the accuracy of seller offers, transaction fulfilment, product delivery or payment transfers.
• The buyer should review the seller terms before completing a transaction.

6. Platform disclaimer

JustPayFor is currently under development. The platform may contain errors, faults or limitations affecting its functionality. We do not guarantee full reliability of the platform during the testing and development period.

7. User conduct rules

• Buyers and sellers are required to comply with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
• It is prohibited to use the platform in a way that violates the rights of other persons or entities.
• Violation of the rules may result in account suspension or closure.

8. Account suspension and closure

JustPayFor reserves the right to suspend or close a seller account in particular in the following cases:

• violation of the law or platform rules,
• violation of these Terms and Conditions,
• taking actions that may harm the platform, users or third parties,
• lack of account activity for a period of 6 months, after which the account may be suspended,
• lack of account use for a period of 12 months from registration, after which the account may be closed,
• other situations where JustPayFor considers it justified for security or organisational reasons.

9. Dispute resolution

• We recommend that buyers resolve disputes directly with sellers.
• JustPayFor may help mediate the problem, but is not obliged to do so.
• The platform is not a party to transactions concluded between the buyer and the seller.

10. Limitation of liability

• JustPayFor is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access to the platform.
• The user uses the platform at their own risk.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. JustPayFor does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, security or suitability of the offered content and features for any specific purpose.

12. Role of intermediary

JustPayFor operates only as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. The platform is not a seller of products, is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for the performance of the agreement concluded between the buyer and the seller.

13. User responsibility

Users are fully responsible for their actions on the platform, compliance with applicable laws and decisions related to purchasing, selling or using the available features.

14. Technical problems

JustPayFor does not guarantee full platform reliability and is not responsible for technical problems, software errors, service interruptions, data loss or availability limitations.

15. Force majeure

JustPayFor is not responsible for non-performance or improper performance of obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including technical failures, actions of external providers, legal changes, natural disasters or other events of a similar nature.

16. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on the platform website.

17. Privacy Policy

The rules for collecting, storing and processing users personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

18. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable in the United Kingdom, unless mandatory provisions of law state otherwise.

19. Final provisions

• If any part of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
• Failure to enforce any provision of the Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of rights.
